Automotive bending forming mold

Glass forming or hot bending is carried out using gravity bending or bending techniques at temperatures above 500^oC. Kamroller's hot bending die is a sintered ceramic product made of high purity fused silica. The product has almost zero thermal expansion and stable performance. The surface of the mold can be precisely processed to meet the glass dimensional accuracy and surface quality requirements of automotive glass and home appliance glass manufacturers.
