fluorescent clothes usually refers to when ultraviolet light or some kind of light ,shine to fluorescent material ,the fluorescent material will absorb the energy which have same frequency with itself ,the material will change from normal state to excited state ,when excited states is stable ,its emission light source vibration energy is the largest, vibration energy attenuation will reduced according to the decrease of  light source, when stop shine light ,the emitting light will also disappeared. This is the unique same frequent emission light characteristics of fluorescence fabric .In the coordinate system of emission light source, βmin=0.7 is considered to have fluorescence function.
