
Structural Features
The product with dry-type iron core is divided into two types of three-phase and single-phase.
Iron core adopts high-quality cold rolled silicon steel sheet so that the reactor could be operated in low temperature rise and low noise.
Reactor's coil adopts high-quality insulated wires.
All clamping elements were passed the anti-corrosive treatment, and main clamping elements adopted non-magnetic material. Coils and iron cores were made into a whole by the advance technical process. These measures could reduce the operating temperature and noise observably, improve reactor quality factors and weaken the influence of harmonics.
Reactor boundary dimensions were designed by normal cabinet dimensions, so its volume could be smaller and wiring was more convenient. Therefore, users cost of the cabinets would be reduced.
