Double Offset Structure
Live loaded packing system Generally, people only focus on the internal leakage which occurs on the seat part but ignore the external leakage problem, i.e the leakage of packing part. Live loaded packing design with combined structure ensure NSEN Butterfly valve could meet max. leaking Ã¢â°Â¤20ppm. It makes packing sealing reliable and prolongs the maintenance-free period of packing.
Anti-blow out stem design
The anti-blow out structure is provided at the top of the shaft to prevent the shaft running out of the gland in case of accidental breaking of the shaft.
Adjustable stem packing
The packing system could be adjust through hexagon bolt, without remove the actuator .Packing system consists of packing gland, bolt, hexagon nut and washer. The normally adjustment could be done by Rotating 1/4 turn hexagon bolt.
Removable seat for convenient seat maintenance
The seat can be replaced through removing the inserts without the need of disassembling the disc and shaft.
