How does injection molding work.
Injection molding consists of the high pressure injection of the raw material into a mold which shapes the polymer into the desired shape.
Normally the resin would be dried. Then the engineers will adjust the parameter. Later on the material gets injected, solidify and form the geometry of the mold. After keeping pressure and cooling, then ejector pins push out the part from the mold. Types of mold tools including single cavity, multi-cavity and over-mold and so on.
