
This machine is adopted PLC programmable controller as the control core. Based on industrial computer man-machine interface, the machine can realize the vulcanization process parameter setting as well as real-time data acquisition, preservation, alarm and visual query of historical parameters when vulcanizing. This machine is also equipped with Ethernet interface to support cluster vulcanizing machine network.
This machine is applicable to vulcanize light & heavy radial tires, agricultural radial tires as well as bias tires. It is applied to the Nitrogen vulcanization or steam vulcanization process.
